Etricoach has teamed up with New Balance Sarasota to present an exciting new series of running programs that will get you inMOTION.  Etricoach 's philosophy aligns with New Balance of motivating aspiring athletes to share the passion that we have for the sport.  Our training programs are designed to provide a supportive and supervised environment promoting interaction with other  particpants who are going through the same transformation and expereince. In addition, each program will have one-on-one coaching providing detailed feedback about your technique and how to create the ideal training program for you.

Whether your goal is to complete your first 5k race or PR on your next Half marathon, Etricoach provides an all-inclusive program with all the tools and resources needed to help our athletes reach their goals! Whether you are able to make the scehduled group training runs or not, you will have the program and know what to do each day of the week! We will transform you as an runner, wheter you are a beginner or advanced by providing you with the knowledge and training to make you a more efficient runner.
