Etricoach has teamed up with New Balance Sarasota for this exciting new program. Let us help you enter fall 2010 off right with our Beginning Running program.

This program is designed for people who have never run before or who have not run for a very long time, and want a structured introduction to help get in shape without getting injured along the way. We start with very gentle workouts combining walking and running, and give your body plenty of time to adapt to running over the 8 weeks of the program as we build to the goal of continuously running a 5K/3.1 mile distance. There are no stopwatches or pressure of any kind, just positive support. In addition you will receive personalized email coaching to guide your training in between our regular class meetings.

Dates/Time: This 8 week program meets every Monday & Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm starting Monday, September 20th and finishes Sunday November 14th when you will have a chance to complete or compete in a 5k running event. Race entry fee is not included in price for camp.
