Designed with the 2012 Top Gun Triathlon in mind, this 8 week triathlon camp is geared for the beginner to advanced level athletes racing from sprint to Olympic distance triathlon. The camp will be informative, fun, non-competitive, and welcoming environment that will focus on the specific needs for training, nutrition and racing. This camp will be staffed by USAT and RRCA Certified Coaches at all times and will cover all aspects of triathlon with both instruction and practice in order to better prepare athletes for their first or their twentieth triathlon.

The camp will meet on Tuesday’s at 6pm and on Saturday’s at 7:00am, unless otherwise specified.  For the Wednesday sessions we will meet at the Brook side school for a track workout.  Saturday’s workouts will start from the Lido Beach parking lot. These will always be BRICKS (bike and run) workouts, normally followed by a quick Q&A session or seminar.

Athletes are required to bring their own triathlon equipment to camp including:
Swim suit and goggles, wetsuit (optional), running clothes and shoes, bicycle (any type), helmet, heart rate monitor (optional)
