Training Plans
These training plans are based on the same training principles that I have used to train dozens athletes from sprint to Ironman distance. All of the training plans include all the weekly workouts to get you ready for your race event. Each day explains the specific workout with exercises, drills and the duration so you know exactly what to do. Training Plans are designed for 3 levels:  Novice/Beginner, Experienced and Competitive.
  • Novice Beginner Training Plans – for those who are training for their first Triathlon/Duathlon or would like a general fitness plan.
  • Experienced Training Plans – For those of who have completed a Triathlon/Duathlon and want to get faster in the Sprint Distance races or move up to do a longer distance race (Olympic)
  • Competitive Training Plans – Experienced Sprint/Olympic Distance athletes who would like to place in their age group, or qualify for the National Championship events and also for those athletes that would like to move up in race distance (Half Ironman).

Cost - $99.00 per training plan


Ironman Training plans are available in 16 or 20 week plans. These plans are available in Novice/First timer and experienced levels.
